Terms of Service — Nomi
By downloading or using Nomi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
Nomi provides curated affirmation / manifestation image cards; optional tools to create cards from a wish or scene; favorites, download, and share; and optional paid subscription features. Nomi is for personal, non-commercial encouragement and reflection only.
2. Not medical advice
Nomi is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice. Content is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis or need help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Nomi. The app is not designed for children.
4. Accounts and local data
Nomi may operate primarily with on-device storage and may not require a separate Nomi account. You are responsible for activity on your device and for backing up content you care about.
5. User content and Create
If you use Create, you are responsible for the prompts you submit. You must not submit illegal, exploitative, or hateful content, or attempt to generate disallowed material.
You retain rights to your original prompts. You grant us a limited license to process prompts and outputs as needed to provide the feature (including via third-party AI providers). Generated cards are provided “as is.”
We may refuse, filter, or remove generations that appear unsafe or that violate these Terms or Google Play policies.
6. Reporting
You may report offensive or problematic generated cards in-app (when available) or by emailing daxian2026@gmail.com.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Paid features are billed through Google Play. Prices, billing periods, auto-renewal, and cancellation are presented at purchase and managed in Google Play’s subscription settings. Refunds follow Google Play policies and applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
The Nomi name, branding, curated card assets we supply, and app software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Nomi, interfere with the service, bypass limits or payment, or use outputs to harm others.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Nomi is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HUANG SIMIN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Nomi. Total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid for Nomi subscriptions in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50. Mandatory consumer protections in your country may apply.
12. Changes and termination
We may update the app or these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using Nomi by uninstalling and canceling subscriptions in Google Play.
